About the role – a central function in our commercial business

As a commercial leasing agent at Nivika, you are responsible for our commercial properties in Växjö and play a key role in creating good customer relationships, high occupancy rates, and stable business. You meet companies at various stages of development, find solutions that fit their operations, and drive leasing processes from first contact to agreement.

You work in close collaboration with the team in Växjö and simultaneously serve as Nivika's representative in local networks and contexts.

You will

You are responsible for leasing vacant premises, renegotiations, and tenant adaptations. You follow up on economics and key figures related to occupancy rates, customer satisfaction, and net operating income. You are a natural point of contact for tenants and actively work to build Nivika's presence in Växjö through continuous dialogue, representation, and networking. In your daily work, you collaborate closely with technical management to ensure quality in operations, service, and property development.

You are

You are a person who enjoys dialogue with people and builds trust through attentiveness, reliability, and engagement. You work in a structured manner, take initiative, and find it easy to turn needs and opportunities into business. Experience in property management, leasing, or similar areas is an advantage, as is economic understanding and some insight into tenancy law. Having a network in the region is a merit, but most important is your willingness to take responsibility for the customer, the business, and the properties.
